摘要
中国科协是中国社会一类特殊的社会组织,也是中国科技体制中一个重要而特别的组成部分,它是由不同种类的横向组织和不同层次的纵向组织构成的一个二元结构系统,在不同的维度上表现出不同的组织特性,这也造成了中国科协组织性质上的异质性。该文通过梳理中国科协的组织结构,分析横向组织和纵向组织的主要特征,探讨中国科协整体组织特性中的异质性,以期更好地理解中国科协的性质和任务,更好地开展科协工作。
China Association for Science and Technology （CAST） is a nontraditional and special social organization, which was built in 1958. At the same time, it also is one of the important components of Chinese S＆T System. It has a dualistic structure which is consisted of many different kinds of horizontal organization and different levels of vertical structures. These horizontal organization and vertical structures have their own organized characteristic, which determines the heterogeneity of CAST. This article will analyze the key features of horizontal organization and vertical structures, explain the reason of heterogeneity which exist in CAST, so as to better understand the nature of CAST and better carry out the CAST work.
