摘要
采用"转炉炼钢+LF+VD+连轧机组轧制+热处理"工艺,在鞍钢股份有限公司无缝钢管厂成功开发了AGQ770E起重机臂架用管。结果表明,开发的起重机臂架用管具有高强度、高韧性和高可焊性及低屈强比等特点,满足了履带式起重机臂架用无缝钢管的使用需求。
The AGQ770E steel tube for crane jib is successfully developed based on steelmaking in convertor, refining in LF or VD and rolling by continuous tandem mill as well as heat treatment in Seamless Steel Tube Plant of Ansteel Co., Ltd.. The testing results show that the developed steel tube for crane jib is characterized by high strength, high toughness and high weldability as well as low yield strength ratio, which can meet the requirements required by the crawler crane jib in operation made by seamless steel pipe.
