摘要
简要介绍了鞍钢1450mm五机架冷连轧机组的工艺参数、仪表配置及过程控制系统。从整个机组的过程控制全线物料跟踪、在线数学模型和模型自适应三方面对该冷连轧过程控制系统进行了分析。过程控制系统运行情况表明,全线的物料跟踪、钢卷跟踪准确无误,在线数学模型系统制定的轧制规程合理,模型自适应对模型起到了很好的修正作用,满足了整个连轧机组在线控制的要求。
The technological parameters, configuration of instrument and process control system for the five-stand tandem cold strip mill in 1450 mm production line of Angang are briefly introduced. The process control system is analyzed with regard to the following three aspects such as materials tracking on the whole production line, on-line mathematical model and self-adaption of the model. The operational situation of the process control system shows that the materials-tracing and steel coils-tracing are accurate with no failures, the rolling schedule based on the on-line mathematical model system is suitable and the self-adaption of the model plays a correct role in adjusting the model, which meets the requirements of the on-line control for the tandem cold strip mill.
