摘要
为提高高炉煤粉喷吹氮气利用率,减少氮气放散,进一步降低炼铁成本,鞍钢股份有限公司炼铁总厂煤粉作业区利用三罐并列式氮气回收喷吹工艺技术,结合自身工艺设备特点,开发出多罐并联式氮气回收技术。实践表明,该技术操作简单,运行稳定,工艺容错性强,氮气回收率高达40%以上。
In order to improve the operating factor of nitrogen in 'pulverized coal injection and reduce the diffusing amount of nitrogen to further cut down the cost of ironmaking, the nitrogen operation practice shows that the recovering technology owns such features as the simplicity of operation, high running stability and good fault tolerance and as a result the recovery rate of nitrogen is as high as over 40%.
