摘要
分析了转炉生产环节中由于复吹气体选择、转炉出钢口维护、合金选择、吹氩清扫以及LF精炼过程中炉内通电时间、脱氧剂、压力调节等环节对钢水增氮量的影响。采取减少转炉后吹、缩短LF通电时间等措施后,钢中氮含量控制在0.005 0%以下。
Influencing factors for the content of nitrogen in molten steel such as the option of combined blowing gas, maintenance for the tapping hole of converter, selection of alloy, cleaning by argon blowing during the whole steelmaking process by converter as well as the power-on time in furnace, deoxidation agent, pressure acljustment during refining by LF are analyzed. After taking such measures as reducing times of reblowing in converter and shortening the power-on time in LF, the content of nitrogen in molten steel is controlled below 0.0050%.
