摘要
寄生蜂成虫能否找到并寄生足够的寄主,是实现其最大生殖力的重要限制性因素之一,该因素与寿命直接相关,故寿命在进化中受到较大的自然选择压力,从而成为寄生蜂重要的适应性特征之一;在害虫生物防治实践中,寿命是决定寄生蜂控制寄主害虫能力的重要参数,是常用的评价天敌昆虫品质的生物学特性之一。寄生蜂的寿命长短除了与生活史进化有关外,还受若干生态因素的影响,包括生物和非生物因素。
To provide data for effective mass-production of the parasitoid Chouioia cunea Yang, an effective bio- logical control agent widely used in the control of the alien invasive caterpillar pest Hyphantria cunea (Drury) in China, a factorial combination of wasp body size (2 levels), supplementary food (2 levels) and temperature (3 levels) treatments was manipulated in the laboratory trial to examine the survival of the adult parasitoids. By sur- vival analysis, a significant interactive effect of the three factors on the survivorship of adults was found. The adult survival probability varied among temperature treatments under different treatment combinations of body size and food, decreasing with the increasing temperature. The longevity of adults differed significantly with temperature under different combination treatments of food and body size, being longer at 20℃ than at 25℃, and the shortest was at the temperature of30℃. The results of this study suggest that the interaction of temperature, supplementa- ry food and female body size could affect the longevity of C. cunea.
