摘要
风城油田SAGD循环预热采出液使用常规破乳药剂无法实现油水分离,进入稠油处理站后,易造成净化原油含水升高、脱出污水净化困难。通过物性分析、显微照相和Zeta电位测定等手段研究了循环预热采出液的稳定机理,认识了循环预热采出液的胶体分散特性,并研制出复合净水药剂进行破胶,结合工艺优化实现了循环预热采出液的油水分离、浮油脱水和污水净化,形成了"汽液分离+喷淋降温+油水分离+浮油回收"的循环预热采出液处理工艺技术。该技术为SAGD规模开发提供了技术保障,为同类油藏的开发提供了借鉴。
Oil and water in the produced liquids in SAGD circulation and preheat in the Fengcheng Oilfield cannot be separated by conventional demulsifying agent. After they enter heavy oil processing stations,they are easily to cause increasing water contents in purified oil and more difficulties in purifying the dehydrated sewage. By physical property analysis,microphotograph and Zeta potential measure,etc.,the stabilization mechanism of the produced liquids in circulation and preheat was studied,and the colloidal dispersion feature of the produced liquids in circulation and preheat was recognized,and a kind of composite water purification agent was developed to do gel break. By optimized process,oil and water separation in the produced liquids in circulation and preheat,floating oil dehydration and sewage purification were realized,and processing technique( including vapor and liquid separation + spray cooling + oil and water separation + floating oil recovery) for the produced liquids in circulation and preheat were formed. This technique can provide technical support for large-scale SAGD development,and provide reference for developing similar reservoirs.
