大型燃煤电站锅炉冒白烟的研究

The Research on Stack White Fume in Large Utility Boiler Burning Coal

分析计算了电站燃煤锅炉烟气绝对含湿量的变化,计算研究了与燃料类型、过量空气系数,空气中的绝对含湿量的关系。同时研究分析了烟气经过脱硫塔的水分变化及离开脱硫塔后烟气再加热的过程。并在焓湿图中分析了离开烟囱后冒白烟现象。

The absolute water content in flue gas in utility boilers was analyzed, it was relevant to fuel type, coefficient of excess air ratio and absolute water in air. The change of water content in gas entering and leaving Flue Gas Desulfurization was also discussed. The process and condition of white fume formation was studied and expressed in enthalpy humidity chart.
