床温对循环流化床锅炉运行的影响及降低床温技术的研究

Effect of Bed Temperature on Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler and Research on Technology of Reducing Bed Temperature

床温是循环流化床(CFB)锅炉稳定、经济运行的关键影响因素,从床温对CFB锅炉的运行、SO2与NOx排放指标等影响分析,通过对床温的影响因素的研究,提出了降床温技术措施并予以实施,起到显著降床温效果。

Bed temperature was the key influence factors of stability, economic operation for Circulating Fluidized Bed （CFB） boiler. The influence of bed temperature to the CFB boiler operation, emissions of SO2 and NOx were analyzed in this paper. Based on the influence factors of the bed temperature, bed temperature drop technology was put forward to implement and remarkably reduced of bed temperature.
