摘要
本文采用施工区域容易取得的水源作为补压装置,抵消插板机套管内外压力差,解决了插板机在流塑状态淤泥中打设排水板时淤泥堵塞插板机套管现象,实现了插板机的连续不间断作业。该方法操作简单、有效,希望能为同类工程提供借鉴。
In this paper, the water in the site is acted as a pressure-supplementary equipment in the construction area to counteract the pressure differences inside and outside the cannula of the spile. The phenomenon that the cannula is blocked by the silt soil when the spile works in the flow plastic soils is solved perfectly, which makes it possible for the spile to work continuously. It is proved in the practice that it is very simple and effective, which is helpful in the similar projects.
