摘要
为解决国内原油储运过程中硫化氢脱除剂低效、危险等问题,在吸收国际同类产品优点的基础上,结合我国现有条件,研发出安全、高效、环保的新型高含硫原油硫化氢脱除剂(HD)——三嗪类S1124-1和有机胺类K1128-1。讨论了这2种脱硫剂的作用机理。通过硫化氢含量检测管法,对比脱硫效果。重点阐述热稳定性评估原理、热稳定性试验方案。结果表明,S1124-1型脱硫剂的脱硫效果更好,S1124-1和K1128-1适用于原油储运环境。相对于国内外同期研发的其他脱硫剂,S1124-1脱硫剂在热安全性、脱硫效果、经济成本方面具有明显的优势。
New desulfurizers triazine Sl124 - 1 and organic amine Kl128 - 1 were developed. Mecha- nisms of action were disscused for the two kinds of desulfurizers. Their thermal stability was evaluated. Using the hydrogen sulfide content detector tube method, a desulfurization efficiency comparison was made between S1124 - 1 and K1128 - 1. Results show that desulfurizer triazine S1124 - 1 has a better effect and S1124 - 1 and K1128 - 1 are suitable for the environment of storage and transportation, and that compared to similar products developed home and abroad, S1124 - 1 has obvious advantages in thermal safety, desul- furization efficiency and economic cost.
