摘要
目前,我国警察行政补偿制度还存在诸多不完善之处。其中,最为突出的问题集中表现在:补偿原则不统一;补偿范围不明确;补偿程序缺失以及救济效果不佳。在社会生活中,由警察行政补偿引起的纠纷逐渐增多,由警察行政补偿导致的警民关系也日趋紧张,造成不良影响。因此,为了更好地完善我国的警察行政补偿制度,就需要对目前我国警察行政补偿问题作系统性研究和分析,为实现警察行政补偿规范化、合理化提供理论支撑。
At present, the police's administrative compensation system in our country still has many imperfections, the most obvious problems of which are embodied in the followings: the non- universal compensation principle, unclear compensation scope, absence of compensation procedure and unsatisfactory relief effect. In the social life, the disputes arising from the police's administrative compensation have gradually increased, which has led to the tense relationship between police and citizens and brought about harmful influence. Therefore, in order to improve the police's administrative compensation system in our country, we need to study and analyze the problems systematically, which may provide theoretical assistance to the standardization and rationalization of the police' s administrative compensation system.
