国内医患关系研究论文分析

Analysis on Research Papers of Doctor-patient Relationship in China

以中国学术期刊网络出版总库中医患关系研究的文献作为数据来源,采用文献计量学和双向聚类分析法,揭示国内医患关系研究的发展趋势和研究热点。结果发现,国内医患关系研究发展阶段与我国医疗卫生制度发展阶段相吻合,现已达到年均发文量2 000篇以上的高峰发展阶段;论文研究群体主要分布在大学;研究机构主要分布在四川、湖北、广东、山东、江苏、浙江、上海和北京等省(市);该领域中重要出版物有《医学与哲学》、《中国医院管理》、《中华医院管理杂志》和《中国卫生事业管理》等期刊;医患关系研究热点主要聚焦为6个方面。

Using the hibliometrics and hiclustering analysis, this paper analyzed all the research papers of doctor-patient relationship retrieved from the database CNKI in order to reveal the research tendency of doctor-patient relationship in China. The results showed that the domestic research of doctor-patient relationship is consistent with the development of China＇s medical and health system and has reached the peak stage of more than 2 000 papers published per year. Research groups mainly distribute in universities and research institutions mainly distribute in the following province8 and municipalities： Sichuan, Hubei, Guangdong, Shandong, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, as well as Shanghai and Beijing. Those papers are mainly published in the journals including Medicine and Philosophy, Chinese Hospital Management, Chinese Journal of Hospital Management and The Chinese Health Service Management. The doctor-patient relationship researches focus on six hot topics.
