摘要
医学与艺术的密切关系,或者说医学中艺术教育的必要性和重要性,似乎是无可置疑的共识。事实上,这种共识有待澄清。从历史和哲学的角度挖掘医学与艺术的概念起源及其演变,明确各自的学科属性和目的,梳理现代医学对艺术需求的根源所在,才能真正理解两者的区别和联系,恰当把握艺术教育在医学人文素质教育中的分量和尺度,进一步说,它对于医学的自然科学属性与人文社会科学属性的辨析也有所启发,并能为医学人文素质教育的改革提供有益的理论指导。
It is an unquestionable consensus that the close relationship between medicine and art, or art education is essential in medical education. In fact, this consensus needs to be clarified. In order to truly understand their differences and connections, the author reviewed the origin and evolution of the conceptions of medicine and art from the perspectives of history and philosophy, confirmed their subjeet attributes and objectives, and combed the root of the modern medical requirements for art. Base on this evidence, the author can properly grasp art education component and scale in medicine humanistic education. Furthermore, there were some implications of identifying the different natures of medical science, humanities and social science with provision of theoretical guidance for the reform of medical humanities education.
