摘要
20世纪70年代以来,美国中学生职业生涯教育实现了从职业教育到生涯教育的转变,形成了有意识的、全面系统的终身教育理念,体现了人本主义理念,关注中学生的自我价值。美国从中学生职业生涯理论知识以及实践技能两个方面进行课程开发设计,通过课堂知识传授、课外实践培训实施课程,用科学的实验方法和研究方法来评价课程实施效果。我国应借鉴、学习美国的成功经验,通过强化立法保障和资金投入、通过积极宣传争取各方支持、加强师资和课程建设、建立职业测评系统和职业发展档案等途径,加强中学生职业生涯教育。
Since the 1970s, career education for US secondary school students has achieved transition from work to career, formed the conscious and systematic idea of lifelong education, and represented the idea of humanity caring for students＇ self values. The US develops and designs curricula from theory and practice, assessing the efficiency of curriculum implementation by adopting scientific experimental and research methods. China should borrow lessons from American successful experience, and strengthen career education for secondary school students by way of enforcing laws and investment, actively striving for supports of all walks, enhancing the construction of teachers and curricula, and establishing professional evaluating system and developmental documents.
