摘要
目的实验观察十八味党参丸抗炎及镇痛的药理效应。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性增加、蛋清致大鼠足趾肿胀急性炎症动物模型观察十八味党参丸的抗炎效应,通过小鼠热板试验、小鼠醋酸扭体试验评估十八味党参丸的镇痛作用。结果十八味党参丸中、高剂量组能抑制二甲苯致小鼠的耳廓肿胀程度、抑制蛋清引起的大鼠踝关节的肿胀度、降低醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性的增加(P<0.05),中、高剂量组的十八味党参丸对醋酸致小鼠疼痛的扭体抑制率达53.9%和69.2%,高剂量组对热板所致的小鼠痛阈值显著延长(P<0.05)。结论十八味党参丸具有明显的抗炎、镇痛效应。
Objective To study the anti - inflammatory and analgesic effect of Eighteen Flavor Dang Sen pill (EFDSP) in mice and rats. Methods Three classical inflammation and two analgesic animal models were estab- lished. The ear swelling was induced by dimethyl benzene;Murine capillary permeability increase was induced by acetic acid and the rat's paw inflammation was induced by egg white injection. And then ,by means of hot plates and writhing test, the anti - inflammatory and analgesic effect of EFDS in mice were explored. Results the EFDSP groups treated with higher dose of EFDSP( 1. 0, 1.5g/kg,ig)showed that the ear edema aroused by dimethyl benzene and the capillary permeability increase induced by acetic acid in mice were alleviated and ankle swelling induced by egg white injection in rats inhibited as well ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Treatment with EFDSP ( 1.0,1.5g/kg, ig) to release the pain induced by acetic acid in mice showed that the inhibition rate of writhing reaction was 53.9% and 69.2% ,respec- tively, the pain threshold of hot plate in mice treated with EFDSP ( 1. 5g/kg, ig ) was significantly prolonged (P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion Eighteen Flavor Dang Shen pill(EFDSP) shows significant anti -inflammatory and analge- sic effect in mice or rats.
