新建公安本科院校治安学科建设构想——以福建警察学院为例

A Blueprint for Constructing the Science of Public Security Newly- established Public Security Universities——Taking Fujian Police College as an Example

我国治安学以本科教育为主,并基本形成独立完整的人才培养体系。因对治安学研究对象未有共识、完整的治安学理论体系等因素,治安学尚不成其为成熟的学科,更因封闭与缺乏传承,治安学科发展遭遇瓶颈。新建公安本科院校学科建设的出路是立足区域特点,凝练学科发展方向,实现特色发展。加强校局合作和对外交流才能使治安学科持续发展并保持活力,这也是突破学科发展瓶颈的必由之路。

In China , the science of public secunty has basically developed an independent and integrated pro -fessional cultivating system which makes a point of undergraduate education .However , the academic circles have not arrived at an consensus on what this discipline works on , and its integrated the oretical system has not been completed.Hence the discipline of public order is far from maturity , and with the closure and lack of inheritance , its development is now encountering more barriers .The potential way to solve the problem , especially for those newly-established public security universities , is to base the development on regional features , orientate its direc-tion and focus on characteristic development .In addition, as an inevitable way to break through the ＂bottleneck＂, we should strengthen the cooperation between the police universities and public security bureaus and emphasize the external communication in order to maintain the sustainable development and vitality of the discipline of public or -der .
