摘要
为解决微带阵列天线的小型化及宽频带的问题,采用了一种新的天线工艺——低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)工艺,并对传统的阵列天线模型进行改进,从而设计出在X波段呈现出小型一体化、宽频带、优良的圆极化和高增益等特性的4×4微带阵列天线。通过电磁仿真软件HFSS仿真优化确定了阵列天线的最佳尺寸。对4×4圆极化微带阵列天线实物进行测试,结果表明,该阵列天线的相对阻抗带宽(反射系数S11〈-10dB)达到15%(9.24~10.74GHz),天线的圆极化轴比最小值为1.65dB,最大增益〉16.5dB,同时,阵列天线也表现出了良好的方向性特性和低副瓣特性。
In order to solve the problem of the microstrip array antennars miniaturization and broad band, a new antenna technology, low temperature co-firing ceramic(LTCC) process, was adopted and the conventional model of array antenna was improved, thus a 4 × 4 microstrip array antenna which showed characteristics of miniaturization, wideband, high gain, and good circular polarization in X-band was designed. The optimal size of the array antenna was determined through the simulation optimization of the electromagnetic simulation software HFSS. The measure- ment results of the 4× 4 circular polarization microstrip array antenna show that the relative impedance bandwidth (S11〈C--10 dB ) of the array antenna reach to 15%(9.24--10.74 GHz), the minimum axial ratio(AR) is 1.65 dB, and the biggest gain is more than 16.5 dB, at the same time, the array antenna also shows the characteristics of a good directivity and low sidelobe.
