摘要
采用化学分析、金相检验和电子探针等方法,观察了WRRST13钢起皮缺陷的微观组织与晶界状态,分析了WRRST13钢在冲压过程起皮的形成原因。结果表明:WRRST13钢在热轧过程中氧化铁皮压入基体内,导致基体形成了裂隙;裂隙内存在的氧化铁皮在随后的退火过程中被还原,仍存在于基体裂隙内,使该部位的强度降低,导致钢板在成型过程中形成起皮缺陷。在裂隙末端基体中的晶界上观察到竹节状特征,也是该部位在冲压成型过程中强度比正常部位低的原因。
With chemical analysis, metallographic examination and electro microprobe, the micro structure and grain boundary status of wrinkling defect of WRRST13 steel are observed, the forming reason is analyzed. It is showed that some scale is pressed into matrix in hot rolling of WRRST13 steel, and then causes the fracture in matrix; the scale in fracture is then reduced in the following annealing process and still in the fracture, and this causes the strength of this part lowered, and the wrinkling defect is formed in shaping of steel sheet. Besides the ring - like feature observed in grain boundary in matrix at end of crack is also one reason.
