摘要
转炉内衬厚度数据是反映转炉是否工作在安全状态的最重要参数之一。通过激光测厚仪动态监测了2#转炉某一个炉役期内炉体各部位内衬厚度的变化数据,根据测量数据在炉役期的不同阶段采取相应措施进行炉衬维护,炉役结束后炉衬各部位的数据均达到极限厚度以上,防止了漏钢事故发生,满足了转炉冶炼要求,取得了较好的经济效益。
The inner lining thickness of converter is one of the most important parameters to reflect if the converter works in a safe condition. The changing data of inner lining thickness of various part of No. 2 converter during some one of campaigns is dynamically monitored with laser thickness gauge. According to the measuring data, some corresponding lining maintenance measures are adopted in different stages of the campaign, and after the campaign is over, the lining data of all part of converter all reaches over the limit thickness, the breakout accident is prevented.
