摘要
针对加热炉钢坯烧损率高的问题,分析了蓄热式烧嘴结构对钢坯氧化烧损的影响。通过对烧嘴结构进行优化,降低了煤气消耗,炉役周期延长2个月,钢坯的氧化烧损率逐步降低。
To solve the problem of high burning loss rate of blank, it is analyzed the structure of regenerating nozzle on burning loss. With optimization of nozzle structure, the gas consumption reduced, the campaign prolonged by two months, the oxidation burning loss rate gradually lowered.
