摘要
随着邯钢产能的快速增长,第一原料场虽然经过多次扩容改造,供料能力仍不能满足生产要求,并且污染严重。从2014年开始,邯钢投资7亿元对该原料场实施扩容、按环保要求进行综合治理,改造后综合储料能力由50万t扩大到100万t,同时为周边节约超过3万m2的绿化地带,实现了原料场粉尘零排放,避免了暴雨冲刷和刮风等引起的物料损耗和环境污染,降低了设备运行时的噪声,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
Although the No. 1 Raw Materials Field of Han Steel has expanded and reformed for many times, but along with the capacity of Hart Steel gets fast increased, its feeding ability still can not meet requirement and has serious environment pollution. From 2014, with 700 millions yuan of invest, this field was again expanded and reformed, comprehensively treated according to environment protection requirement. Its comprehensive raw materials storage ability was expanded from 500 to 1 000 thousand tons, and offered over 30 thousand square meters for green region around it. It realizes zero - discharge of powder dust, avoids materials loss and environment pollution caused by rainstorm erosion and wind, weakens noise of equipments in operation, has excellent economic and social profit.
