成庄矿实现千万吨生产能力的同时,重点抓掘进进尺准备,为盘活各环节顺利衔接,从多方面入手提效,对高瓦斯区域强化管理,实现高瓦斯区域低瓦斯开采,实行多变灵活的措施,推广使用先进机具,实行军事化管理模式等手段,提高了生产效益。
Production capacity of Chengzhuang Coal Mine reached 10 million tons, tunneling footage was put in to focus at the same time. To revitalize the smooth transition between the each link, people strengthen the management of high gas area from several aspects of enhancing efficiency and achieved low gas production in high gas area, implemented changeable flexible measures and militarized management mode to improve the production efficiency.
