摘要
为找到阳春新钢铁公司转炉连铸工程120 t转炉烟气冷却系统中固定烟罩内的多条受热管频繁发生蒸汽泄漏失效的原因,对样品进行裂口宏观形貌分析、材质分析、壁厚测定、金相检验、扫描电镜和能谱分析等项目分析,并结合该锅炉水质化验结果进行分析,经分析得知该受热管开裂主要是低周热疲劳应力腐蚀导致开裂。
In order to find the failure cause of frequent steam leak of thermotubes inside fixed hood in 120 t converter gas cooling system of converter continuous casting project in Yangchunxin Iron and Steel Company, analyzed sample's crack macroscopic morphology analysis, material analysis, thickness measurement, metallography, SEM and EDX combined test results of boiler water quality. The analysis shows that the reason for thermotube crack is due to low cycle thermal fatigue stress corrosion.
