基于残留煤开采掘进巷道支护技术研究

摘要 以西河煤业3#煤层残留煤开采掘进巷道为研究对象,在3#煤层残留煤赋存情况分析的基础上,研究掘进巷道支护技术。当新掘巷道过空巷时,提出高强螺纹钢锚杆+锚索+U型钢支护和单体柱+钢棚+料石墙砌筑支护两种支护方式。当新掘巷道过仓房区时,根据仓房区和新掘巷道的位置,提出顶板锚网索+两帮料石墙砌筑支护、架棚+喷浆封闭支护、锚网梁+单体柱+锚索支护和锚网梁+料石墙砌筑+锚索支护四种支护方式。 The support roadway about residual coal seam mining in Xihe mine was studied. The roadway support technology was analyzed based on the occurrence of the residual 3# coal seam. When the new roadway crossed gob, the support pattern is that rock boh+cable+U type steel and single column+steel shed+material stone masonry. When the new roadway over the warehouse area, according to the warehouse district and the new roadway location, the support pattern is that roof bolt mesh cable +two material help stone masonry, beam+seiling, anchor net beam+monomer+cable, and anchor net beam+material+cable.
