铝碳酸镁联合标准三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌效果分析

Effect of hydrotalcite combined with standard triple therapy for eradication of Helicobacter pylori

目的探讨联合应用铝碳酸镁能否提高标准三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌(HP)的根除率。方法 216例HP感染患者随机分为研究组(n=108)与对照组(n=108)。对照组给予标准三联疗法(奥美拉唑20 mg,阿莫西林1 g,克拉霉素0.5 g,口服,2次/d,疗程14 d);研究组在对照组基础上,加用铝碳酸镁片1 g,嚼服,3次/d,疗程14 d。比较两组HP根除率。结果研究组HP根除率(80.6%)高于对照组(71.3%),但两组相比无显著差异(χ2=2.5328,P>0.05);研究组中胃溃疡及十二指肠球部溃疡患者HP根除率均达100%,均分别显著高于对照组(70.6%,73.9%)(P<0.05)。结论联合应用铝碳酸镁能增强标准三联疗法对HP、尤其是消化性溃疡患者HP的根除率。

of To explore whether hydrotalcite combined with standard triple therapy is able to raise the eradication rate （HP）. Total 216 HP patients were selected and randomly divided into a research group and a control group （n = 108 per group）. The control group was treated with standard triple therapy （20 mg omerprazole, 1 g amoxicillin, 0.5 g clarithromycin, taking orally, 2 times per day, course of treatment =14 d）; on the basis of this, the research group was treated with additional medicine： 1 g hydrotalcite tablets, chewing, 3 times per day; the course of treatment was14 d. The eradication rates were compared between two groups. The eradication rate in the research group （80.6%） was higher than that in the control group （71.3%）, but there is no obvious difference between the two groups （χ2=2.5328, P〉0.05）. In the research group, the HP eradication rate of patients with gastrelcoma and duodenal ampulla reached 100%, which was evidently higher than that in the control group （70.6%, 73.9%） （P〈Q0.05）. Hydrotalcite combined with standard triple therapy is able to raise the HP eradication rate, for patients with peptic ulcer in particular.
