不同术式人工晶体植入对白内障的治疗效果比较

Effect comparison of different operative approaches for intraocular lenses implantation in treatment of cataract

目的探讨人工晶体植入不同术式对老年白内障的临床治疗效果。方法对来我院治疗的80例老年白内障患者临床资料进行分析,根据患者人工晶体植入术式不同将其分为两组,对照组采用常规囊外摘除人工晶体植入术,实验组采用小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术,比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组手术疗效为95.0%,高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05);实验组术后1 d和7 d的泪液分泌量均高于对照组(P<0.05),而泪膜破裂时间术后不同时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术治疗老年白内障效果理想,值得推广使用。

To explore the clinical curative effect of different operative approaches for intraocular lenses implantation in the treatment of senile patients with cataracts. Total 80 patients with cataracts to receive treatment in our hospital were selected for the clinical analysis, and they were divided into two groups according to the different approaches for intraocular lenses implantation. The control group received conventional extracapsular cataract removal and intraocular lenses implantation and the experimental group received the small-incision extracapsular cataract removal combined with the intraocular lenses implantation. Then the curative effects of the two groups were compared. The curative effect in the experimental group was 95.0%, higher than that in the control group （80.0%） （ P〈0.05）;in the experimental group, the tear secretory volumes on the 1st day and 7th day after the operation were larger than those in the control group （ P〈0.05）, but the tear-film breakup times after the operation were shorter than those in the control group（ P〈0.05）. Small-incision extracapsular cataract removal combined with intraocular lenses implantation in the treatment of senile patients with cataract can achieve an ideal curative effect and so it is worthy of wider application.
