摘要
根据某国IV发动机冷却系统布置方案,建立匹配该发动机的冷却系统分析模型,通过对典型工况点的模拟计算,得到各冷却支路的流量分配,并将分析结果与试验数据进行对比.评估该发动机冷却系统的冷却能力,并对冷却系统结构进行优化以满足要求.
On the basis of its cooling system layout of an engine with China IV Standards,an analysis model of the system is built. The flow distribution from different branches is obtained by the simulation calculation in typical operating points. The analysis results are compared with the experimental data for evaluating the capacity of its cooling system of the engine. In order to meet the requirements of the engine,the structure of the cooling system is optimized.
