摘要
从无线供电技术对装甲车辆动态扭矩测试系统展开研究分析,设计出一种基于电磁感应与电磁谐振原理的无线供电装置.该装置借助于发射线圈与接收线圈之间产生的变化磁场,在接收线圈内产生感应电动势为负载提供电能.在供电装置设计完成后,进行温度标定,并通过相关实验数据,验证了该无线供电装置可以应用到装甲车辆传动轴的动态扭矩测试装置上,具有一定的研究价值.
Based on the analysis of the dynamic torque testing system used in an armored vehicle with the wireless power supply technology,a wireless power supply device was designed on the principles of both electromagnetic induction and electromagnetic resonance. By means of the changing magnetic field between the transmitter coil and the receiver coil,the device produces induction electromotive force in the receiver coil for powering the load. The temperature calibration of the device was made,and the relevant experimental data verified that the device can be applied to the dynamic torque testing system for the armored vehicle.
