流化床用异丁烷脱氢催化剂性能的比较 被引量:6

Comparison of the Performance of Isobutane Dehydrogenation Catalysts Used in Fluidized Bed

摘要 在固定流化床反应器上比较了自行开发的异丁烷脱氢催化剂YBD-201和国外催化剂A的催化性能,同时采用粉体磨耗仪、氮吸附仪和扫描电子显微镜对两种催化剂的物理性质进行了测定。实验结果表明,YBD-201的磨耗率为0.4%(w),仅为催化剂A的1/5,且前者的比表面积是后者的近2倍;再生后两种催化剂的物理性质变化不大。在液态空速1.0 h-1、反应温度570℃的条件下,YBD-201上的异丁烷转化率为52%,异丁烯选择性可达92%;而采用催化剂A时,这两项指标分别约为44%和91%。在达到相同的转化率和选择性时,催化剂YBD-201的使用温度比催化剂A的使用温度低20℃左右。与催化剂A相比,催化剂YBD-201的低温活性更高,稳定性更好,再生周期更长。 The performances of catalyst YBD-201 and a foreign catalyst(A) for the dehydrogenation of isobutane were investigated in a fi xed fl uidized bed reactor. The two catalysts were characterized by means of powder abrasion tester,BET and SEM. The results showed that the rate of wear of catalyst YBD-201 was 0.4%(w),which was one fi fth of that of catalyst A. The specifi c surface area of catalyst YBD-201 is nearly two times of that of catalyst A. The physical properties of the two catalysts changed little after regeneration. The conversion of isobutane and the selectivity to isobutene over catalyst YBD-201 were 52% and 92% under the reaction conditions of reaction temperature 570 ℃ and liquid space velocity 1.0 h^-1,respectively. However,under the same reaction conditions,the conversion and the selectivity over catalyst A were 44% and 91%,respectively. Catalyst YBD-201 has higher activity at low temperature,better stability and longer regeneration period than catalyst A.
