摘要
建立了利用有效碳数校正因子和归一化法定量的气相色谱分析芳烃的方法(有效碳数法)。通过对混合二甲苯标样的分析,考察有效碳数法的准确性和重复性。实验结果表明,混合二甲苯标样中各组分的回收率为99.8%~108.7%,相对标准偏差小于5.5%,最低检测限为7.0~10.0 mg/kg;采用有效碳数法对对二甲苯、甲苯、混合二甲苯3种芳烃实际试样进行定量分析,其结果与由外标法得到的基本一致。有效碳数法具有快速、简便和分析成本低的特点,可用于对二甲苯、甲苯、混合二甲苯等芳烃产品及相关物料的质量监控。
A method for the analysis of monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by gas chromatography with the normalization and the effective carbon number(ECN) correction factors was established. The accuracy and repeatability of the method were investigated through the analysis of a standard sample of mixed xylene. The results showed that,the recoveries of the components in the mixed xylene reached 99.8%-108.7%,the relative standard deviations were less than 5.5% and the limits of detection were in the range of 7.0-10.0 mg/kg. p-Xylene,toluene and mixed xylene samples were analyzed quantitatively by the ECN method and the results were in agreement with those obtained by using the external standard method. The gas chromatography with ECN correction factors is fast,convenient and cost-saving.
