摘要
基于改进Siwek 20-L测试系统的可视化装置,利用高速摄像机获得的镁粉颗粒在Siwek 20-L装置扬尘过程中的分散帧图,确定粉尘云形成过程中处于最佳运动状态的时间。结果表明:(a)扬尘过程中,玻璃球内粉尘云在喷粉结束时刻和沉降起始时刻之间有效浓度达到最大,分布相对均匀,处于最佳分散状态。(b)粉尘浓度对粉尘分散状态有十分显著的影响,不同浓度对应不同的最佳分散时间,传统点火延迟时间60ms更接近高浓度下粉尘云最佳分散状态。
To gain an insight into the dust dispersion behaviors,a visualization device was developed based on a modified Siwek 20-L spherical chamber.By using high-speed camera,the evolution of dust cloud diagrams was obtained during the dispersion process of magnesium particles in order to determine the optimum dispersion time.Result shows that between the spray end and settlement begin,the concentration reached to the full,dust cloud distribution was uniform and in the best state.Dust concentration has an effect on dust cloud distributed state,different concentrations for different optimum dispersion time.Tradition ignition delay(60ms)is closer to the optimum dispersion time of high concentration dust cloud.
