摘要
水解装置是将要排放的工艺冷凝液中的尿素分解成NH3和CO2,再进行解吸,将氨和CO2从工艺冷凝液中分离出来,回收至生产系统,使处理后的水中氨氮值低于环保规定值,并且可送往锅炉作为给水或送往三胺装置的氨洗涤塔。本文通过对尿素深度水解装置的运行情况与以往问题的总结,对出现的负荷过高、压力不易控制,外送精致水无法达标等问题进行分析和研究。
Hydrolysis device is going to discharge the urea process condensate breaks down into ammonia and Carbon dioxide,and then to desorption,ammonia and Carbon dioxide from separated process condensate,recycled to the production system,make the treatment of ammonia nitrogen in water after the value is lower than the specified value of environmental protection,and can be sent to the boiler as feed or sent to the three amine device of ammonia washing tower.This article through to the depth of the urea hydrolysis device running status and the summary of the previous problem,to a high load,pressure is not easy to control,fine water to be delivered to the outside to standard problems through analysis and research.
