摘要 基于生产过程的数控实训课程打破传统的实训知识框架,遵循高职教育学生的认知规律,按照"加工项目由简单到复杂,各个知识点贯穿其中"的基本思路,以机械加工企业常见的加工零件结构的加工为主线,设计以工作过程为导向的学习项目,通过校内实训场所和校外实训基地所创造最佳的学习环境和实训条件,调动学生的学习积极性、培养学生自主学习、分析问题和团队协作的能力,不断提高学生的就业竞争力。 Numerical control training course based on the production process breaks the traditional training knowledge framework according to the cognitive law of the higher vocational students. In accordance with the idea of "processing projects arranged from the simple to the complex through with each knowledge point", centered on the common parts structure machining of machinery processing enterprises, the work-process-oriented leaning projects should be designed. The optimal learning environment and practice conditions should be created with practice bases in and out of college, the students’ learning enthusiasm should be stimulated, the independent learning capacity, problem analysis capacity and cooperation competence should be cultivated, to promote the students’ employment competitiveness.
