广东省护理专业人才培养需求和职业素质要求的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the requirements for Nursing personnel training and recognition of professional qualifications in Guangdong Province

在《广东省护理事业发展规划纲要(2011-2015年)》精神指导下,对广东省17个地级市54所医院护理管理人员进行护理人才需求状况、职业素质要求、医院对学校人才培养的建议及要求等内容的调查。调查显示:医院招聘人才层次要求以本科、大专为主;对持证上岗的要求及综合素质要求较高。医院希望与学校加强教学互动和合作办学,希望学校为学生提供充足的实训场所和设施,保证学生培养质量。

Under the guidance of 2011-2015 development outlines for nursing, management personnel were surveyed to find out demands for nursing staff, their qualifications and suggestions for medical education in 54 hospitals in 17 prefectural cities. The findings indicate graduates of diploma and degree programs comprise of most hospital nursing recruits, and they need to have a license and demonstration good overall quality. Hospitals are willing to collaborate with medical schools to provide practice sites and facilities and ensure quality of graduates.
