An analysis of needs for Health administration personnel and their professional qualifications at higher vocational colleges

目的:了解高职卫生信息管理专业人才的需求情况和应具备的岗位知识、能力和素质,为优化人才培养方案提供依据。方法:通过对行业单位、实习生、在职人员和专家开展调研,利用EXCEL和SPSS 16.0对数据进行统计分析。结果:描述了高职卫生信息管理专业毕业生的需求情况,分析了该职业岗位对知识、能力和素质的要求。结论:调整就业定位,优化课程设置,重视软能力培养。

Objective ：to investigate needs for Health administration personnel and their professional qualifications. Metho： employers, interns, working professionals and experts were surveyed and the results were processed with Excel and SPSS. Results ： the study found out needs for Health administration personnel and their professional qualifications. Conclusion： employment expectations for students shall be changed. Curriculum design shall be streamlined.
