摘要
目的:探索PBL在外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法:教学对象分为对照组和PBL组;每组45人,比较两组学员外科基础与临床知识及能力的测试及满意度测评。结果:基础课程对照组与PBL组考试成绩分别为(34.5±3.1)和(34.3±3.3)(P>0.05),两组无统计学差异;临床课程对照组考试成绩为(63.2±3.8)明显低于PBL组(75.4±3.2)(P<0.01);结论:PBL导学能有效提高教学质量和学员的临床能力等。
Objective : To find out the effectiveness of PBL in the teaching of clinical surgery. Methods : Students were equally divided into the control group and PBL group with 45 students in each group. Basic and clinical knowledge were tested. Students also rated their satisfaction with the learning experience. Results: the scores of basic curriculums had no significant difference between the two groups (34.5 ± 3.1 vs. 34.3 ±3.3 ,P 〉 0.05 ). In the clinical curriculum test however, the score of the control group was significant lower than that of the PBL group (63.2 ± 3.8 vs. 75.4 ± 3.2, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : PBL can improve teaching effectiveness and students' clinical skills.
