摘要
由于神经外科专科性强,涉及内容复杂,概念深奥且抽象,临床实践难度较大,而临床实习时间较短,因此要保障良好的临床实习教学质量有不小的困难,针对这一问题,我们制订了入科教育培训方案,强化入科教育,从而激发实习医生主动学习的兴趣和好奇心,明确实习目标,帮助尽快进入临床实习角色,有效提高了临床实习的教学质量。
Clinical practice of neurosurgery is difficult for trainees due to complicated professional knowledge and short duration of practice. To solve this problem, we design and use department-entrance training program. This training can promote the learning interest of trainees and help to set goals of clinical practice, and improve the clinical practice quality.
