摘要
PBL(Problem-Based Learning)是指以问题为核心,经诱导、探索、沟通、整合,使学生获得分析、解决问题所需之综合性知识和技能的教学模式。香港大学牙医学院自1998年开始全面采用PBL教学模式进行牙医本科教学,取得比传统的教学方法更为明显的教学效果。因此,文章以香港大学牙医学院的PBL教学为例,介绍PBL教学的课程设置,教学模式,考核评价方式以及个人的心得体会,以期增强我们对PBL教学模式的认识,为我国医学教育改革和PBL教学提供参考。
PBL (Proble-Based Learning) is a learner-centered educational method. It consists of carefully selected and designed problems that demand from the learner acquisition of critical knowledge, problem solving proficiency, self-directed learning strategies, and team participation skills. Since 1998, PBL curriculum has been introduced in the Faculty of Dentistry, HKU and significant improvement in learning efficacy was achieved compared with the traditional lectures. In this paper, the PBL curriculum in Faculty of Dentistry HKU was introduced in detail, including the content management, teaching method and evaluation. Compared to the dental education in China's Mainland, the enlightenment for us is also discussed in order to promote the PBL reform in our dental education.
