摘要
中国耳鼻喉头颈外科专科医师规范化培训正在起步,有些方面还需要进一步完善。德国耳鼻喉头颈外科专科医师培训有稳定的培训制度和体系,有详尽的专科检查及手术技能训练要求。通过分析介绍中国的培训背景和现状以及德国培训的模式和特色,结合中国国情,探讨借鉴和启示,以探寻培养我国耳鼻喉头颈外科专科医师的良好途径。
The training of standardized procedures for otolaryngology specialists has just started in China. In contrast, Germany has mature training system, with detailed inspection and surgery procedures. This paper describes the background and current situation of China＇ s training. It also introduces German training model and characteristics. This study hopes to shed some light on a feasible Chinese training model.
