摘要
以虎舌红生根的组培苗为繁殖材料,研究基质、环境因子与移栽时期对组培苗移栽成活和生长的影响。结果表明:以100%的腐殖土为移栽基质组培苗生长效果最好,且移栽成活率高达85%;适宜的环境条件为温度20~25℃、湿度70%~80%、光照强度15%。最适于虎舌红组培苗的成活和生长的移栽时期是4~6月份。
We studied the effect of substrate type, light intensity, humidity and other conditions on the soma clone transplanting survival rate and growth with the rooted plantlets of Ardisia mamillata as breeding material in the pa- per. The results showed that the best efficient combination of humus soil matrix is 100 %, and the survived plantlets rate of transplant is 85 %. The suitable environmental conditions of growth temperature are from 20 to 25 ℃ ,70 % to 80 % humidity and 15 % light intensity. The most suitable transplanting time for tissue culture plants of Ardisia mamiUata are from April to June.
