摘要
作为世界老牌地质科研机构之一，加拿大地质调查局为迎接175周年纪念，于2014年发布了《加拿大地质调查局2013～2018年战略计划》。本文以该战略计划为基础，介绍了加拿大同行在应对日益严峻的资源、环境、灾害问题以及社会民众对地学知识需求与日俱增的背景下，拟优先开展的五项工作。前三项优先工作主要围绕加拿大自然资源部的战略优先领域展开，后两项则是为了增强加拿大地质调查局自身组织和业务能力而开展。每项优先工作都确定了明确的战略目标、战略背景、加拿大地质调查局应发挥的作用、重要任务及2018年以后的发展计划等内容。总体来看，整个战略计划思路清晰、目标明确，不仅反映了加拿大地质调查局未来几年的战略新动向，其工作方法也值得思考与借鉴。
As one of the oldest geological institutions in the world, the GSC released the Geological Survey of Canada Strategic Plan 2013～2018 in 2014 in order to greet its 175th anniversary. Based on the strategic plan, this paper introduces the five priority work of the GSC in response to the increasing resource demand, environmental problems and geological hazards as well as growing public demand for geoscientific knowledge. The top three priorities meet the strategic priority areas of the Natural Resources of Canada, while the left two are for enhancing the GSC＇s own organization and work ability. For each of the priority work, clear strategic objectives, strategic background, GSC＇ s role, important tasks and the development plan after 2018 have been defined. Overall, the whole strategic plan has been developed with a clear thinking and clear objectives. It reflects the new strategic trend of CGS in the next few years, and the work method is ~nore worthy of references.
