摘要
天性是自然对人的发展的规定性,是人身上的自然属性。天性是不可改变的,需要敬畏;天性是潜在的,需要保护和激发。童年是人生最自然的时期,是天性保存得最完全的时期,保护天性就要保卫童年。要避免"童年的消逝",让孩子享受童年。教育的本质在发现天性并引导其成长:儿童的天性如同"自给自足"的"种子",教师像"园丁"一样,发现并顺应"种子"成长的规律;教育还要引导天性的成长,帮助儿童获得幸福。
Nature is the nature of human development stipulation,and the nature of human. Nature is unchangeable,needed to be admired; nature is potential,needed to be protected and arouse.Childhood is the most natural period in life,protect nature means to protect children's childhood.We need to avoid 'The disappearance of childhood',let children enjoy their childhood. The essence of education is to find nature and guide their growth. Children's nature is like self- sufficiency seed while teacher is like gardener,who ought to find and comply with the regular pattern of seed growth. Education need to guide development of nature,helping children get happiness.
