摘要
本研究着眼于英国2007年教师专业标准的背景,探求案例示范在教师专业标准中的地位以及教师专业发展中的独特作用。本研究从教师教学的实践本质诉求的角度,分析了案例示范对教师的教学论意义;尝试采用"六纬度分解"对英国案例示范的教学过程作精致化分析,比较英国案例分层示范中各个层级的差异性体现;详细剖析了英国案例示范对教学实践的指导作用。最后在分析英国案例示范的特点的基础上,提出了本研究对教师教育的启示。
The research explored the status of video cases in Teacher Professional Standard and the unique function of teachers' professional development on the background of English Teacher Pro fessional Standard in 2007. In the view of the appeal of empirical nature, it analyzed the pedagogical significance for teachers, made endeavor to analyze the elaboration of instruction processes by measure of "analysis in six aspects", compared the distinction of embodiment among the alternative rank in English video hierarchy cases, and discussed elaborately the leading role of video cases for in struction practice. It ended up pointing out the suggestion on the basis of analysis for characteristics of English video cases.
