摘要
随着美国21世纪技能运动的开展,学生领导力培养模式发生了转变与创新,其中情感智能领导力理论与模式整合了情感智能与领导力两个领域的相关内容,综合思考其他领导力模式与研究领域的最新成果,得到了学界广泛关注,并在美国很多高校得到了广泛运用。该模式基于情境认知、自我认知、他人认知等三种维度提出了21项能力:环境认知、团队洞察、情感自我认知、自我理解、自我评估、情感自我控制、真诚、适应、成就动机、乐观、主动进取、移情、公民意识、激励、影响、教练、引领变革、冲突管理、人际拓展、团队合作、善用差异。分析每一项能力与领导力之间的关系,同时分析基于该模式开发的量表在我国使用过程中出现的问题及思考。
As the skill movement in the 21st century is developed in America, the cultivation mode of students' leadership has converted and been innovated, in which emotionally intelligent leadership integrates relevant contentions of emotional intelligence and leadership, comprehensively takes into consideration the latest achievements that other leaderships have made in modes and research fields and attains extensive attention from academic world. It is also widely applied in many American colleges and universities. This model puts forward 21 capabilities based on three dimensions of consciousness of context, consciousness of self and consciousness of others. This mode analyzes the relationship between leadership and every capability, and some problems and thoughts emerging in the utilization of the inventory developed on this mode in our country.
