摘要
在欧盟和中国大陆,业已形成四种颇具代表性的社区教育教师能力模型。通过比较研究发现,四种代表性能力模型在能力观、能力层级与能力维度上存在着显著差异。在进行社区教育教师能力模型研究时应建构社区教育教师的关键职业任务、开发适用于每一关键职业任务的系列关键能力和详细描述每一关键能力所包含的能力维度。
The competence models of community educators are the directions and standards for the professionalization of them and the basis for human resources management of them. In Chi- nese Mainland and Europe Union, there had developed four typical competence models, embod- ied in "Standards for teaching and supporting learning in England and Wales", Germany "Basic qualification in adult education", Chinese "Evaluation of training worker's service capability in adult education and training" and "Basic requirements for community education workers". As re- suits of comparative study, there are significant differences in competence concepts, levels and dimensions among the four competence models. Based on these results, researchers of competence models of community educators should construct the key occupational tasks of community educa- tors, develop the corresponding key competences and articulate the competence dimensions of every key competence.
