摘要
论述了我国住宅工业化的发展历程,剖析了国外典型的PC住宅结构体系,分析了我国当前PC住宅工程现状及存在的问题,并提出了促进住宅工业化的意见和建议.
Discusses the development course of Chinese residential industrialization, analyzes the typical foreign PC residential structure system, analysis of China＇s current PC residential construction present situation and the exist-ence question, and proposed to promote residential industrialization opinions and suggestions.
