集中供热管网热损失实测分析

Heat Loss Measurement Analysis of Central Heating Pipe Network

集中供热管网热损失是影响供热质量,造成能源浪费的关键问题.笔者对长春市某集中供热管网系统的失水率和热损失率进行实测,分析了管网失水热损失较高的原因,结合实例计算了管网失水能耗损失和保温结构能耗损失的大小,并对结果进行分析.提出了热网达标措施,为集中供热系统管网节能运行管理奠定基础.

Central heating pipe network heat loss has great impact on the quality of heating and is the key issue of energy wasted. Changchun heating pipe network system and the rate of heat loss are measured and analyzes the rea-son of high heat loss . With examples , calculate the size and the proportion of energy loss and dehydration pipe in-sulation energy losses, and the results are analyzed. Propose standard measure of heat loss heating network, the theoretical basis for energy-efficient central heating system pipe network operation and management.
