摘要 本文在绿色建筑投资决策阶段引入价值工程理论,依据我国《绿色建筑评价标准》中对绿色建筑评定的规定,建立了绿色建筑评价指标体系,并采用模糊综合评价法对绿色建筑方案中需要考虑到的功能、附加成本及价值进行量化分析,初步建立了基于价值工程及模糊数学的投资决策模型,为企业提供了一套简易可行的绿色建筑投资决策方法. This article introducing the theory of value engineering in the green building investment decision-mak-ing stage. In terms of Green Building Evaluation Standard for green building assessment to establish the evaluation index system of green building , and bring to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for green building scheme in the function of the need to be taken into account, additional cost and value to do a quantitative analysis. Prelimi-nary established the investment decision -making model based on value engineering and fuzzy mathematics that provided a set of simple and feasible green building investment decision method for enterprise.
