湖北省中小学学校安全制度现状调查研究

The Survey of Current Situation on Primary and Secondary School's Security System in Hubei Province

采用分层随机抽样对湖北省三个市19个区64所学校的学生、教师、家长和校长进行问卷及访谈调查,结论为:校园保险制度较完善,但家长不满意保险赔付力度;学校安全管理制度完善,但还可更优化,学校风险的预防和化解较得力,但伤害事故调解中学校处于弱势。政策建议为完善校园保险制度、加大学校安全经费与人力投入、联合各方力量加强学校环境综治、专业权威机构进行事故调解。

The conclusions of the survey which is carried out by Huhei Province in the way of stratified random sampling are as follows： the security system on campus is well improved, hut the parents are not so much satisfied with it; the system of safety manage- ment is perfect; the system of risk prevention and solution does quite well. All of these systems need to be further improved. Therefore, the system of insurance on campus should be strengthened. It is necessary to increase the security funds and human input in order to join efforts to construct the school environment. It also needs the professional authority for mediation.
